• Lead onboarding for new hires and ensure documentation is complete.
• Organize in-services and training including CNAs, CPR, and CE.
• Monitor staff performance and address training needs.
• Maintain records and uphold HR, state, and federal regulations.
• Communicate scheduling updates with department heads and staff.
