Responsibilities

• Generate accurate schedules for medical and ancillary staff.
• Distribute overtime assignments equitably.
• Ensure staffing per facility staffing matrix and post schedules for staff visibility.
• Confirm schedules with facilities and enforce scheduling policies.
• Support multiple facilities or parallel schedules and reallocate staff as needed.
• Answer phones, log sick calls, and page staff as needed.
• Provide reports as required.
• Perform other duties as needed.
