The role emphasizes healthcare education, Pro-ACT certification, and regulatory knowledge, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and ongoing professional development for staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year full-time experience planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in healthcare, or 2 years Crestwood experience in related roles.
• Within 3 months, obtain at least 24 hours of continuing education in educational program planning and healthcare.
• Complete Core Competencies training and Pro-ACT certification, with current certifications.
• 1 year of experience in medical records or quality improvement preferred.
• Experience with healthcare agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of Title 9, 22, OSHA, HCAI, HIPAA, and CARF.
• Training certification preferred; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
