Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to monitor care standards and the quality of electronic health records. You will partner with the QA committee to ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements and drive continuous improvement.

This full-time role on a new campus (opening Jan 2027) involves collaboration with clinical and regulatory teams, data collection and analysis, and implementing QA plans to support safe, effective patient care.

Formación

• Degree in a health-related field or two years’ health care education experience.
• Minimum one year experience in medical records and/or quality improvement preferred.
• Knowledge of Title 9, 22, OSHA, HIPAA, CARF and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and audit standards of person-served care and EHR quality.
• Ensure QA plans align with licensing and accrediting policies.
• Collaborate with QA committee and program to drive quality improvement.
