Job summary

Crestwood is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure quality-of-care standards and EHR integrity. The role involves data collection, performance improvement planning, and collaboration with the QA committee to meet licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• A health-related degree and/or two years’ health care education experience.
• At least one year in medical records and/or quality improvement preferred.
• Experience with health care agencies or regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of Title 9, 22, OSHA, HCAI, HIPAA, and CARF.

Responsibilities

• The QA Coordinator monitors and audits standards of person-served care and the quality of the electronic health record.
• Collaborates with the QA committee and program at the facility level to improve quality.
• Ensures compliance with licensing and accrediting policies and regulations.
