Qualifications

• Degree in a health-related field or 2 years of health care education experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in medical records and/or quality improvement preferred.
• Experience with health care agencies or regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of Title 9, 22, OSHA, HCAI, HIPAA, and CARF.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and implement QA improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit standards of person-served care and quality of EHR.
• Ensure QA standards align with licensing and accreditation policies.
• Collaborate with QA committee and facility program on quality improvement.
