Job summary

St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester seeks a Staff Development Generalist to coordinate new employee orientation with Human Resources and department managers.

You will prepare and present content, arrange room reservations and catering, and assist Payroll with biometric scans. You will also schedule trainings for current staff throughout the year, maintain the hospital's status as an American Heart Association Training Center, and coordinate student affiliations and placements for graduate

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in hospital education, administrative support or clinical experience.
• Ability to demonstrate skills as a CPR Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of new employee orientation with Human Resources and Department Managers.
• Prepare and present content during orientation and assist Payroll with biometric scans.
• Schedule trainings for existing staff across the calendar year and maintain the hospital's status as an American Heart Association Training Center.
• Coordinate student affiliation agreements and placement for graduate level students.
