Job summary

Nirvana is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Orion team in New York. You’ll work with customers to understand problems, build pilots and automations using Nirvana's APIs, and help translate successful experiments into scalable product capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of technical, customer-facing or analytical experience, with curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset. Hybrid work with an emphasis on collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a technical, customer-facing, or analytical role.
• Familiarity with building pilots or automations and working with APIs.
• Able to learn quickly and solve problems in collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Build pilots and automations with Nirvana's APIs to demonstrate value.
• Join sales conversations to map customer workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Experiment with new approaches to improve eligibility detection rates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate pilots into scalable features.
• Demonstrate results to stakeholders and document learnings for reuse.
• Document work and share lessons to enable repeatability across the team.
