Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of healthcare experience (Medicare/Medicaid/Pharmacy) preferred.
• 5+ years in program management of large software implementations.
• Strong cross-functional communication with VP-level stakeholders.
• Background in product lifecycle management and technical support.
• Experience with Medicaid and Pharmacy operations and CMS regulations.

Aufgaben

• Serves as focal point for delivery across teams for specific client(s).
• Partners with Implementation Practice to map solution scope and timelines.
• Leads delivery teams to build an integrated Delivery plan and dependencies.
• Tracks gaps in the solution and drives ownership and resolution.
• Reports status to leadership and escalates blockers promptly.
• Drives working sessions to remove obstacles.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to implement lessons learned and product improvements.
• Troubleshoots during deployments and operational rollouts.
• Drives continuous improvement in support processes.
• Supports pre-sales analysis and cost estimation across delivery areas.
