Job summary
Harbor IT in the United States seeks an IT Service Delivery Program Manager for Healthcare to lead the Healthcare POD, guiding a 9-person delivery team and coordinating EMR-related initiatives. You will manage governance, SLAs, budgets, and renewals while partnering with the POD-CIO and CSM to ensure patient care continuity.
The role requires 6–8 years in MSP/health IT, hands-on EMR/EHR experience, and strong communication with clinicians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage the delivery team and PMO functions.
- Own SLA/KPI attainment for EMR uptime, downtime escalation response times, and incident resolution.
- Coordinate EMR-related incidents with vendors and clinical stakeholders under time pressure.
- Communicate with physicians and clinical staff to translate technical issues into actionable information.
- Own renewal execution for the POD book and drive expansion.
- Oversee budgeting, utilization, and PSA data integrity for the POD.
