Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead complex, multi-project technology programs. The role drives end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder communications across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of IT/PM experience, strong leadership and vendor coordination, and familiarity with Agile/SAFe and SDLC. PMP/SAFe certifications are advantageous. On-site in Illinois campus preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.
• Experience managing large, complex technology programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe and SDLC methodologies.
• Healthcare/Payer domain experience is preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish governance and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
• Drive issue resolution, delivery predictability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
