Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a dedicated Solutions Consultant to drive adoption and retention for Healthcare customers, including Identity Verification and Patient Management solutions. The role requires deep understanding of at least one solution line and broad awareness of others, with strong knowledge of the Healthcare ecosystem across payer, provider, pharmacy and life sciences markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to handle objections and pivot to client requirements.
• 5+ years in client-facing roles, familiarity with a complex solution selling methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree required, healthcare/tech knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solution LexisNexis Healthcare portfolio solutions to meet client requirements.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Strategy and Operations for project execution.
• Provide expert guidance on deployment and utilization of our solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and create internal content for sales enablement.
• Analyze market trends to drive business growth.
