Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive adoption and retention of Healthcare customers. You will qualify client needs, align on a vision, architect integration into client infrastructure, and deliver final pitches with post-sales support.

The role covers Identity Verification/Proofing, Identity/Patient Management, Provider Data Insights, and Claims Insights products. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of at least one solution line and 5+ years in client-facing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing roles, with complex solution selling experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to handle objections.
• Knowledge of healthcare data workflows and payer/provider life sciences landscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% to client sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Position LexisNexis Healthcare portfolio solutions to meet client requirements and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to implement targeted strategies per market segment.
• Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Strategy and Operations for seamless delivery.
• Provide deployment guidance and client training to enable adoption and retention.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to drive business growth.
