Job summary

Akumin is hiring a Lead Administrator at our Los Alamitos facility to oversee daily site operations and service lines in partnership with the Site Manager and Chief Technologist. The role leads staffing, onboarding, scheduling, regulatory compliance, patient and referral satisfaction, and ensures quality, uptime, and cost control to meet budgeted growth.

The requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of healthcare leadership; strong communication and analytical skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in clinical management/operations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of site(s) and service modalities.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance.
• Coordinate billing, compliance, and patient/referral satisfaction.
• Maintain quality standards, process improvements, and cost control.
• Liaise with Site Manager and Chief Technologist.
