Akumin is seeking a Lead Administrator for our Amarillo facility to lead daily operations, staffing, and service quality across the site. You will support billing coordination and ensure patient care remains the top priority in a fast-paced radiology/oncology setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in healthcare leadership, strong communication and analytics, and local travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Clinical management/operations leadership background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytics skills with performance metrics experience.
• Local travel required.

• Oversee all operational aspects of the site(s) and service modalities.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, and onboarding.
• Coordinate billing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor quality standards, patient satisfaction, and service levels.
• Develop relationships with referrers to drive volume and meet budget targets.
