Akumin is hiring a Lead Administrator for our Fremont facility. This full-time role partners with Site Manager and Chief Technologist to oversee daily operations, staffing, and service delivery across the site.

• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in clinical management/operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the site(s) and service lines to meet performance and service quality targets.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across patient care and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Authorization teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
