Akumin is hiring a Lead Administrator for the Fremont facility. You will oversee daily site operations, lead staff, and ensure high-quality patient care while driving budgeted growth and efficient resource use.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in healthcare leadership, and strong communication and analytical skills. Local travel is required; compensation includes competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Previous experience in a clinical management/operations role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytics experience and ability to manage performance via metrics.
• Local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall site operations and service modalities.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, and payroll processes.
• Coordinate with management to maintain quality standards and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor billing processes and exam precertification for procedures.
• Maintain equipment uptime and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Build relationships with referrers to grow service volume.
