Job summary

Akumin, a leading provider of outpatient radiology and oncology services, is hiring a Lead Administrator for our Amarillo facility. This full-time role partners with the Site Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and service quality to ensure patient care excellence and budgeted growth.

You will supervise training, hiring, scheduling, billing coordination, and equipment uptime, while building strong relationships with referring physicians and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the site(s) and service lines.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure quality standards, patient satisfaction, and cost control.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Authorization teams for timely billing.
