Job summary

Neolytix in Chicago, IL is seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our local office. You will coordinate provider enrollment, payer relations, and client service while supporting leadership and clients with clear communication.

The role requires 1–3 years in operations or admin, a degree in business or healthcare admin, and strong organization. On-site work with mentorship and growth opportunities awaits in a fast-paced healthcare services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of operations, client services, or administrative coordination; healthcare exposure preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a bonus, and Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support provider enrollment and credentialing workflows, including follow-ups with payers and tracking application status.
• Draft and organize payer contract communications; coordinate between internal teams and payer contacts.
• Act as a point of contact for local clients; schedule check-ins, prepare materials, and visit client sites as needed.
• Handle Chicago location operations: supplies, scheduling, travel, expenses, and staff coordination; support events.
• Maintain organized records across enrollment cases, payer interactions, and client communications.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support visibility into workflows (Power BI experience a plus).
