Responsibilities

• Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for team members, providers, patients, families, and vendors.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Hospital Medicine leadership and the service line.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and coordination of providers and staff.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, and other service line needs.
• Support payroll processes, expense reports, and record-keeping.
