Qualifications

• Minimum - instructional background & experience training other individuals
• Experience working in a security officer capacity
• Customer service experience
• Must own reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities

• Present training materials using role-playing, simulations, lectures or computer-based methods
• Maintain professional interaction with Client staff, members and visitors
• Develop training manuals, testing procedures and instructional materials
• Evaluate and revise training programs to meet new regulations
• Research and stay current on Federal and state training requirements
• Read and interpret police reports, laws, and procedures
• Plan and organize training programs and schedules for security personnel
• Learn facility-specific procedures and policies
• Maintain training records and generate performance reports
• Support management in achieving training objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned
