Blackstone Consulting, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a Regional Training Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training for Security Officers and Supervisors within healthcare facilities.

The role focuses on ensuring physical and personnel safety while advancing staff development and client relations. Located in Oakland/San Leandro, CA, the position requires instructional experience and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Present training materials using various instructional techniques such as role-playing and simulations.
• Provide an atmosphere where client staff, members and visitors feel cared for and respected.
• Organize and develop training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, and multimedia aids.
• Evaluate training materials and adapt programs to changing work environments and regulations.
• Research and stay current on Federal and state training requirements to meet compliance.
• Read and interpret documents such as police reports and local/state laws.
• Design, plan and organize training programs and schedules for healthcare security staff.
• Learn Healthcare facility-specific procedures and policies.
• Adhere to company policies and comply with regulations.
• Maintain training records and prepare statistical training reports.
• Communicate with management to achieve training objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
