Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Instructional background with experience training others.
• Experience in a security officer role.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Present training materials using varied instructional techniques.
• Create and maintain training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures.
• Evaluate and revise training programs to meet changes in work environment and regulations.
• Research federal and state training requirements to meet compliance.
• Plan and schedule training programs for healthcare facilities and staff.
• Maintain training records and prepare performance reports for training activities.
• Communicate with management to achieve training goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
