Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Supervisor for a healthcare facility in Wichita, KS. You will lead security operations, coordinate with clinical teams, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission, EMTALA, CMS, and site procedures.

The role requires hands-on supervisory experience in security or military settings, a state guard license, and the ability to train staff. Expect a 24/7 on-call schedule and direct liaison with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level security experience.
• Valid state Guard License required; background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and coach others.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and maintain client relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of executing the security contract at the location.
• Supervise, motivate, and train security staff.
• Maintain post orders and training materials.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training.
• Oversee reports and communications.
• Manage sub-units and incident responses.
• Resolve personnel issues and disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and maintain relationships.
• Occasionally perform security duties up to 50% of time.
