Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client location in Lenexa, Kansas. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires supervisory experience in security, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with the client to deliver reliable security services and incident responses.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security post orders as needed.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and productivity improvements.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; communicate effectively with subordinates.
