Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Shift Supervisor for a Healthcare Center in Boston, MA. The role oversees security staff on the shift, coordinating with site supervisors and account managers to deliver quality services.

You will coach officers, maintain daily logs, and ensure compliance with client procedures. Starting pay is $25 per hour with paid orientation and training; weekend schedule is Saturday and Sunday 5:30 AM–1:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Able to prepare reports and logs with clarity.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor and Account/Field Ops Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Ensure delivery of quality services on the shift at the client site.
