Allied Universal is seeking a Full Time Security Shift Supervisor for a state office in Boston, MA. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM, with starting pay at $24.89 per hour and paid orientation/training.

Candidates should have 5+ years of security experience, including supervisory duties, and hold a current driver’s license. The Shift Supervisor will protect a high profile facility, enforce policies, and manage security staff to ensure safety and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred or military/police background accepted.
• Must have current and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable security experience; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security for high profile client facility during assigned shift.
• Provide direction to officers and coordinate staffing, training and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with post orders, training and incident reporting.
• Recommend security surveys, post orders and improvements to management.
