Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Officer for a Pharma Company in Cambridge, MA. The shift runs Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM, with starting pay at $24.15 per hour plus orientation and training.

The Security Shift Supervisor will oversee the delivery of services on the assigned shift, coordinating with site supervision and account management, and supervising officers with coaching and discipline as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
