Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a healthcare facility. The role is full-time and pays $18.00 per hour.

The supervisor will coordinate shift services, liaise with client management, and supervise security staff, providing coaching and discipline as needed. The position requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions
• Valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range
• Handle client site crises calmly and efficiently
• Maintain professional rapport with client staff and the public
