Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as shift leader in the absence of the Security Supervisor.
• Communicate regularly with Security Supervisor, Program Manager and site leadership about security needs.
• Disseminate information to assigned/scheduled Officers and coordinate shift activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety and security on the shift.
• Oversee safety monitoring, cameras and access control under guidance of Security Supervisor.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and trends in healthcare security.
• Compile shift records/reports and coordinate with other departments to maintain a safe NM facility.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation and training of new shift employees.
• Conduct investigations into incidents as needed and assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
