This part-time role supports a safe, welcoming environment by patrolling facilities, monitoring access points, performing weapon screenings, and responding to emergencies in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will provide professional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, maintain incident documentation, and use MS Office for data entry and reporting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service or security experience preferred.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License; out-of-state license must be transferred within 60 days.
• Ability to obtain de-escalation certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with keyboarding, data entry, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus depending on facility needs.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol indoor and outdoor areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor entrances and access control systems.
• Provide professional customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.
• Conduct weapon screenings and control access to designated areas.
• Respond to emergencies and document incidents using the incident reporting system.
• Communicate effectively with emergency personnel and maintain clear records.
• Patrol perimeter with a company vehicle.
