Qualifications

• Technical or Associate Degree in law enforcement, social science, physiology, or related fields preferred.
• BLS/CPR required upon hire or within 30 days.
• Firearm Certification required upon hire and annually.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in law enforcement.
• Letter of recommendation from SCA mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and manage conflicts.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding safety, security, and patient confidentiality.
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, de-escalation techniques, and conflict resolution.
