Responsibilities

• Provides security services with a customer-service approach, focusing on professionalism, fairness, and compassion.
• Inspires confidence through professional appearance and demeanor while enforcing safety rules.
• Performs interior and exterior patrols to identify vulnerabilities and hazards, and to ensure safety.
• Prevents and investigates workplace violence; responds to combative or threatening incidents.
• De-escalates situations and uses force when necessary and trained (CEW, restraints).
• Plans and responds to emergencies (lost children, fire, active threats).
• Intervenes in crisis situations to prevent injuries and coordinate rapid response.
• Investigates incidents and documents findings; escalates issues with leadership.
• Performs liaison rounds and delivers security awareness education to staff.
• Coordinates with federal/state/local law enforcement and monitors compliance.
• Maintains training standards in radio, de-escalation, hemorrhage control and equipment use.
