Job summary

You will partner with facility and corporate leadership to optimize clinical outcomes, manage budgets and staffing, coordinate new contracts, and drive continuous improvement while upholding HIPAA and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field or administration.
• Proven leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of accreditation and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations across multiple sites to ensure quality care.
