Qualifications

• 2-4 years of security or law enforcement experience.
• Healthcare/hospital setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads security officers, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Monitors surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Responds to incidents calmly and effectively.
• Investigates and documents security incidents with detailed reports.
• Collaborates with hospital staff and law enforcement as needed.
• Conducts routine security checks of grounds, entrances, and parking areas.
• Maintains and reviews records and investigations in a timely manner.
• Applies CPI and other safety training techniques when necessary.
• Ensures identified safety hazards are corrected and reports are completed.
