Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a healthcare location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and dispatch security-related calls for service, alarms, incidents, and requests for assistance to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor communication systems, access control activity, cameras, and alarm notifications, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications while providing timely updates to supervisors and responding personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate communication with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
