Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Licensure: valid NH driver's license; certifications within 30 days: MOAB, Forensic Restraints, C.E.W., and BLS.
• Experience in healthcare security, corrections, police, military, or behavioral health preferred.
• If no security experience, related degree may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of aggressive/combative patients with proper documentation.
• Monitor high‑risk ED patients awaiting disposition and document events.
• Assist in proper application of restraints and MOAB techniques; document events.
• Conduct security rounds and coordinate with Medical Examiner and families per protocol.
• Provide security for CHMG practices and satellite offices; attend trainings and meetings.
