Job summary

Concord Hospital in New Hampshire seeks a Security Officer to protect patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a secure environment across CHMG practices and satellite offices.

You will document incidents, monitor high-risk patients, and support security operations while applying restraint procedures and following established protocols. Training, MOAB and related certifications will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred.
• Valid New Hampshire driver’s license.
• MOAB, Forensic Restraints (handcuffs) certification, C.E.W. certification, and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the management of aggressive/combative patients.
• Monitors high-risk patients in the ED with proper documentation.
• Assists in proper application of restraints and documentation of events.
• Acts as liaison between Medical Examiner, funeral directors and families per protocols.
• Conducts security/safety rounds and supports training and policy development.
