Integrated Dermatology is seeking a Security Engineer to design, implement, and evolve its cybersecurity program. You will lead Microsoft Defender, Purview, Entra, and SIEM, while coordinating with Compliance, Legal, IT Operations, and leadership to protect patient data and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes Zero Trust, SASE, and incident response in a healthcare setting, with opportunities to influence security architecture across infrastructure and applications.

Formación

• Experience designing and maintaining modern security architectures.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare security requirements and HIPAA.
• Proven incident response, vulnerability management, and security assessment experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Defender, Defender for Cloud, and SIEM tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional security projects and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security architecture design for Microsoft security technologies.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents.
• Manage endpoint security, identity protection, and cloud controls.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and security docs.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, IT Ops, and vendors.
