Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to design, review, and advance security architectures across cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity, networks, and data environments. You will translate HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST CSF requirements into practical security controls, collaborating with engineering and product teams and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT or related field; 5–8 years in information security.
• Experience designing and securing cloud, application, infrastructure, and data environments.
• Experience threat modeling, architectural reviews, and risk assessments.
• Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST CSF in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and review security architectures for cloud, infrastructure, application, identity, network, and data environments.
• Develop and maintain threat models, identify attack surfaces and mitigations.
• Participate in architecture reviews, provide security guidance to project teams.
• Contribute to cybersecurity roadmap and evaluate emerging security technologies.
• Mentor engineers on secure design practices and patterns.
• Translate regulatory requirements into technical architecture and control mappings.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and GRC teams to meet internal and external requirements.
• Support security reviews and third-party diligence.
