Job summary

Integrated Dermatology is seeking a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure to lead the design, deployment, and security of centralized cloud platforms. You will drive Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365, and SQL workloads, ensuring resilience, security, and scalability across the organization.

The role collaborates with security, vendors, and internal teams to maintain documented standards and reliable services, with a strong emphasis on disaster recovery and governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience designing, administering, securing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure environments.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, PowerShell, and enterprise endpoint management.
• Experience administering Azure SQL and Microsoft SQL Server workloads, including backups, maintenance planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery, access controls, and security configuration.
• Experience using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs to automate infrastructure administration.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for risk translation into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation for Azure, AVD, and SQL workloads.
• Design, implement, and manage backup, DR, and business continuity solutions.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, and DR testing procedures.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and APIs.
• Provide technical direction and knowledge transfer to IT staff.
