ScribeAmerica is seeking part-time Medical Scribes to work in an Emergency Department setting, documenting patient visits in real time alongside doctors. You’ll learn with the Scribe University and gain real clinical exposure.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years, typing speed 40+ WPM, and fluent English. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling to fit student or side‑job needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Document patient visits in real time with physicians.
• Record patient history, exams and treatments.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security.
• Keep patient charts accurate and up to date.
• Assist with document organization for physician review.
• Support lab tracking and follow-ups as needed.
