Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a Project Manager (Strategic Services Associate) to support the QGenda Enterprise Initiative across Duke University Health System. This role partners with clinical departments, operational leaders, DHTS, and vendors to optimize scheduling, on-call management, capacity planning, and workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, information systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or related field) preferred.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare operations, performance improvement, business operations, analytics, project coordination, or related experience.
• Experience supporting healthcare technology implementations and workforce management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of ambulatory operations, provider scheduling, and workforce management processes.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary projects and coordinate diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental implementation and optimization of QGenda modules through workflow assessment and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and opportunities for workflow standardization.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Lead interdisciplinary operational improvement initiatives related to scheduling workflows.
• Coordinate training and user support to promote adoption of QGenda functionality.
