Menno Haven is seeking a full-time Scheduler to support the health care center by managing staffing schedules and daily assignments. You will coordinate resident appointments and transportation in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, PA CNA certification, and at least 1 year in scheduling. Strong Microsoft Office and scheduling platform proficiency is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a scheduling role.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling systems.
