Temple Health – Temple University Health System in Jenkintown, PA, seeks a Clerical Services professional to serve as primary contact for patients and staff, scheduling appointments and coordinating requests using EMR systems. Day shift, full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a focus on accuracy and patient service.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years in customer service, preferably in a physician practice or call center, and some familiarity with scheduling

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in physician practice, call center, or scheduling for healthcare preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the single point of contact to internal and external customers to schedule and coordinate requests.
• Handles scheduling requests through multiple channels with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicates via EMR systems (EPIC) to physicians and staff daily and ensures timely responses.
