Responsibilities

Serves as the single point of contact to internal and external customers to ensure access to physicians, employees, patients, programs and services.
Handles complex scheduling requests through various channels using multiple protocols and verification portals.
Communicates via EPIC to physicians and staff daily and facilitates requests within designated timeframes based on urgency.
Assures compliance and integrity of scheduling processes.
