Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis West is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead client scheduling and staff the right caregiver for each shift. This on-site role offers remote Fridays and a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, with benefits after probation.

You will own the schedule, handle call-offs and last‑minute changes, monitor clock-ins and timecards for payroll, and support the evening scheduling team while remaining on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of healthcare scheduling experience, with home care preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software; WellSky (ClearCare) is a plus.
• Strong judgment and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the client schedule and staff every shift with the right caregiver.
• Handle call-offs, open shifts and last-minute changes quickly.
• Keep a weekly backup list and manage caregiver hours to control overtime.
• Monitor clock-ins, resolve missed visits and review timecards for payroll.
• Track attendance and support our evening scheduling team.
• Be available for on-call duty as needed.
