Job summary

Right At Home Indianapolis West is seeking a compassionate, organized Care Manager to lead our West Indianapolis team. You will oversee the Care Coordinator and Schedulers, conduct client assessments, and develop personalized care plans for seniors to ensure exceptional service.

You will build strong relationships with clients, families and caregivers, perform QA visits, and train new caregivers, while contributing to growth with sales and company policy adherence. Bonuses and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6-10 years of related experience (preferred similar experience candidates).
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Care Coordinator and Schedulers.
• Perform client assessments and manage intake.
• Create personalized care plans for seniors.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families and caregivers.
