Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis West is hiring a Scheduling Manager to own the client schedule and staff every shift with the right caregiver. This full-time, on-site role includes remote Fridays to support work-life balance.

You’ll manage call-offs, open shifts, overtime, and timecards, ensuring accurate payroll and coverage for a growing home care team. A strong communicator with solid judgment will thrive in this fast-paced setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Handle call-offs, open shifts and last-minute changes quickly.
• Keep a weekly backup list and manage caregiver hours to control overtime.
• Monitor clock-ins, resolve missed visits and review timecards for payroll.
• Track attendance and support our evening scheduling team.
• Be available for on-call duty as needed.

Are you an experienced scheduler ready to own coverage for a growing home care team? Right at Home is a locally owned agency with a great culture. We’re looking for a calm, organized leader who makes sound decisions in a fast paced environment. This role reports to our Administrator.

What you’ll do

• Own the client schedule and staff every shift with the right caregiver.

• Handle call-offs, open shifts and last-minute changes quickly.

• Keep a weekly backup list and manage caregiver hours to control overtime.

What you’ll bring

• At least 5 years of healthcare scheduling experience, with home care preferred.

• Experience with scheduling software. WellSky (ClearCare) is a plus.

• Strong judgment and communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
