Job summary

Right At Home Indiannapolis West is seeking a capable coordinator to lead client introductions to caregivers and ensure schedules are covered. You will participate in client assessments alongside our team and build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers through regular check-ins.

The role requires strong communication and customer service, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work some evenings and weekends. This is an on-site position offering hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of related experience (home care or senior care preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable working some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead meet-and-greets that introduce clients to their caregivers.
• Confirm caregiver schedules and follow up to make sure shifts are covered.
• Take part in client assessments alongside our team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers through regular check-ins.
• Answer inquiries and help convert them into new clients.
• Conduct quality assurance visits.
• Support onboarding of new caregivers.
